SELD students learn innovative language, cognition, and emotional-behavioral techniques to ensure students in special education receive the support they need. The SELD program also offers flexible full- and part-time options, both in person and online, making it easy to balance work, family, and your educational goals.

SELD graduates have a 96 percent school placement rate.

Education policy master’s students gain practical experience in DC schools, such as the renowned Lab School of Washington.
