Background
As Director of Equity, Belonging, and Change, Shige Sakurai (they/them) is the senior diversity executive for the Unitarian Universalist Association, situated in the Office of the President. Shige provides thought leadership, strategy, theological grounding, and advising to support furthering liberation and multicultural flourishing in the Unitarian Universalist movement.
