Background
Ms. Hiba Arshad Anwar has worked in 23 countries on international development programs for both the public and the private sector over the last twelve years. She specializes in gender, migration, and finance in education, and is especially interested in equity and inclusion issues in education as it relates to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
